The award-winning Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS) building consists of teaching spaces, study areas, open plan workstations and office accommodation for faculty staff. A stand out feature of the building is its unique and distinctive glazed curtain wall façade.

The project also involved the complete restoration and fit-out of the adjacent heritage listed RD Watt building, which accommodates numerous research organisations and high degree research students.

Adam was selected to represent the University of Sydney to deliver the FASS building. He was responsible taking the original concept brief and translating this into a suite of documentation for the State Significant Development Application. He subsequently managed the competitive tender process including the assessment, evaluation and contract award and then managed the complete contract administration of the delivery phase.
